Our Church Leadership

Grace thrives because of the energy and style of its leaders and members. Here are a few of our leaders:

John S Goldstein - Senior Pastor

Pastor John has a vision for the future of Grace and its people. He began his life journey in Australia. He speaks fluent Spanish and English and received his M. Div from Yale University Divinity School and a BA from Case Western Reserve University.

He has served various ministries including as Pastor of congregations, Missionary service in Peru , US/Mexico Border and Hispanic ministry and Hospital Chaplaincy.

In his spare time he established an immigration focused non-profit agency, a community development corporation and developed affordable and senior housing and led Church property redevelopment. He served several years as a Public Member on the Supreme Court of Arizona Character and Fitness Committee as well as the Board of Governors of the Arizona State Bar Association.  He is married to Judith and has five children.

Paul Horst - Music Director

Paul is the Minister of Music and brings worship alive through music and song.  There is always more energy to go around! He is a graduate of Multnomah University. He helped found a Silicon Valley software company and now invests his time as a business owner who helps individuals and families grow personally through the LIFE system of leadership development. He is married to Janet and has 6 children.

Pastor George Guerrero was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He attended Northern Bible College and Sierra Bible College in San Jose CA. He is also a San Jose Firefighter helping people spiritually and physically. Pastor George is married to Pastor Rosie Guerrero. He is a father to seven Children, 20 grandchildren and 4 Great grandchildren.

Pastor Rosie Guerrero was born and raised in San Jose Ca. She is married to Pastor George Guerrero and is a mother of 7 Children, 20 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She attended Northern Bible College, and Sierra Bible College in San Jose and the Benny Hinn School of Ministry. She has served as Pastor along side her husband for the life of her ministry. Pastor Rosie is also Founder and President of the Women of Warfare Ministry that reaches out to hurting women in various churches.

Elias Orozco - Director of Family and Youth Ministries

Elias directs programs that build community and strengthens the family. He has experience mentoring and working with youth and families and also Music ministry.  He speaks Spanish and English and plays various instruments including the guitar, piano, drums, and alto sax. He continues to advance his studies at Advantage College and is active in TEAM Leadership Development, a national movement to revolutionize leadership training at all levels.
